स बस्तिः शमयेत्तस्य रक्तं दाहमथो ज्वरम् । मधुरौषधसिद्धं च हितं तस्यानुवासनम् ॥१५१॥
The enema should relieve the blood, burning sensation, and fever. The medicated oil used for the anuvāsana should be prepared with sweet herbs and be beneficial for the patient.

एनिमा से रक्त, जलन और बुखार से राहत मिलनी चाहिए। अनुवासन के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाने वाला औषधीय तेल मीठी जड़ी-बूटियों से तैयार किया जाना चाहिए और रोगी के लिए फायदेमंद होना चाहिए।

The person who suffers from pain at night or consistently, should be treated with oil. The more the oil is applied, the more it will calm the vata and relieve the pain.

जिस व्यक्ति को रात में या लगातार दर्द रहता है, उसे तेल से उपचार करना चाहिए। जितना अधिक तेल लगाया जाएगा, उतना ही यह वात को शांत करेगा और दर्द से राहत देगा।

When the vata (wind) is pacified, the dysentery (Pravahika) also attains relief. Therefore, in the treatment of dysentery, the physician should pacify the vata.

वात (वायु) शांत होने पर पेचिश (प्रवाहिका) रोग में भी आराम मिलता है। इसलिए पेचिश के उपचार में चिकित्सक को वात को शांत करना चाहिए।

The paste of Patha, Ajmoda, Kutaja, and Utpala, mixed with equal quantities of Shunthi and Magadhika, when drunk with cold water, pacifies diseases. Milk cooked with Medhya and Andha, with ghee, is also beneficial.

पाठा, अजमोदा, कुटज और उत्पला का लेप, शुण्ठी और मागाधिका को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर ठण्डे पानी के साथ पीने से रोग शांत होते हैं। मेध्य और अन्धा को घी में पकाकर पिलाया गया दूध भी लाभदायक होता है।

The paste of Shunthi (ginger), ghee, sesame, and oil, when cooked and licked, quickly cures diseases. It is also beneficial when mixed with the juices of Elephant apple, Kumbhika, and Pomegranate, prepared with oil, ghee, and curd.

शुण्ठी (अदरक), घी, तिल और तेल का लेप पकाकर चाटने से रोग शीघ्र ठीक होते हैं। इसे घी, तेल और दही से बने घृतकुमारी, कुम्भिका और अनार के रस के साथ मिलाकर पीने से भी लाभ होता है।
