पित्तातिसारी यो मर्त्यः पित्तलान्यतिषेवते । पित्तं प्रदुष्टं तस्याशु रक्तातीसारमावहेत् ॥११६॥
A person suffering from dysentery due to an excess of pitta, who consumes foods that aggravate pitta, will quickly develop bloody dysentery due to the aggravated pitta.

पित्त की अधिकता के कारण पेचिश से पीड़ित व्यक्ति, यदि पित्त को बढ़ाने वाले खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन करता है, तो पित्त की अधिकता के कारण शीघ्र ही उसे खूनी पेचिश हो जाएगी।

A person who suffers from dysentery with blood, whether it is in the initial stage or later, will experience fever, pain, thirst, burning sensations, and severe anal inflammation.

जो व्यक्ति रक्तयुक्त पेचिश से पीड़ित होता है, चाहे वह प्रारंभिक अवस्था में हो या बाद में, उसे बुखार, दर्द, प्यास, जलन और गुदा में गंभीर सूजन का अनुभव होगा।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptस पल्लवैर्वटादीनां ससर्पिः साधितं पयः । पिबेत् सशर्कराक्षौद्रमथवाऽप्यभिमथ्य तत् ॥११८॥
He should drink the milk, which is prepared with the leaves of the Banyan tree and similar plants, mixed with ghee, or alternatively, after grinding it, with sugar and salt.

उसे बरगद तथा इसी प्रकार के अन्य पौधों के पत्तों से तैयार दूध में घी मिलाकर पीना चाहिए, अथवा इसे पीसकर चीनी और नमक मिलाकर पीना चाहिए।
