गौरवे वमनं पथ्यं यस्य स्यात् प्रबलः कफः । ज्वरे दाहे सविड्बन्धे मारुताद्रक्तपित्तवत् ॥१०६॥
If the body is heavy and there is an excess of Kapha, with conditions like fever, burning sensation, and obstruction, or symptoms of wind and blood disorders, then vomiting is considered beneficial for such individuals.
