चिरोत्थितेषु तत् पेयमपां भागैस्त्रिभिः शृतम् । दोषशेषं हरेत्तद्धि तस्मात्पथ्यतमं स्मृतम् ॥१०१॥
In cases of prolonged disease, the drink should be made with three parts water. It removes the remaining doshas, and is thus considered the most beneficial remedy.

The beneficial ghee is one that is prepared with the following: either oil or purgative treatment, enemas, or those that are viscous in nature. The ghee should be blended with a viscous juice to be effective.

The person who experiences dysentery, which causes a continuous flow of blood and is followed by either urine or stool with an excessive discharge, should be treated accordingly.

The mixture of Bhadrarohini, a mature drink, and the above-mentioned ingredients, when consumed, helps to eliminate dysentery even caused by the three doshas, curing severe conditions.
