धात्वन्तरस्थो लीनत्वान्न सौक्ष्म्यादुपलभ्यते | अल्पदोषेन्धनः क्षीणः क्षीणेन्धन इवानलः ||६५||

When the impurity is internalized within the tissues, it becomes subtle and cannot be perceived. It is like a fire that, with very little fuel, burns weakly, and when the fuel is almost consumed, the fire diminishes in intensity.

english translation

जब अशुद्धता ऊतकों के भीतर समा जाती है, तो यह सूक्ष्म हो जाती है और इसे महसूस नहीं किया जा सकता। यह आग की तरह है जो बहुत कम ईंधन के साथ कमज़ोर रूप से जलती है, और जब ईंधन लगभग खत्म हो जाता है, तो आग की तीव्रता कम हो जाती है।
