The disease manifests with a bitter taste, lethargy, confusion, cough, loss of appetite, and thirst. There is recurring fever, alternating with cold sensations, and this type of fever arises from an imbalance of mucus and bile. 1. In this fever, symptoms such as yawning, belching, restlessness, a sense of burning, and speech confusion arise due to an imbalance of the wind and bile elements. 2. It causes pain in the head and throat, obstruction of breathing, coldness, heaviness, and a sense of stiffness, with an inclination toward mucous and bile imbalances. 3. In cases of coldness, fever, dryness, restlessness, perspiration, confusion, coughing, and a sense of tightness in the chest, the condition is attributed to the dominance of both mucus and bile elements.

यह रोग कड़वा स्वाद, सुस्ती, भ्रम, खांसी, भूख न लगना और प्यास के साथ प्रकट होता है। बार-बार बुखार आता है, ठंड लगने के साथ-साथ यह बुखार बलगम और पित्त के असंतुलन से उत्पन्न होता है। 1. इस बुखार में, वायु और पित्त तत्वों के असंतुलन के कारण जम्हाई, डकार, बेचैनी, जलन और बोलने में भ्रम जैसे लक्षण उत्पन्न होते हैं। 2. यह सिर और गले में दर्द, सांस लेने में रुकावट, ठंड, भारीपन और अकड़न की भावना पैदा करता है, साथ ही बलगम और पित्त के असंतुलन की ओर झुकाव होता है। 3. ठंड, बुखार, सूखापन, बेचैनी, पसीना, भ्रम, खांसी और छाती में जकड़न की भावना के मामलों में, यह स्थिति बलगम और पित्त दोनों तत्वों की प्रबलता के कारण होती है।
