In acute fevers, when the body is severely affected and there is obstruction in the channels, it is considered a mature fever, caused by a balanced Dosha. In such cases, treatment should be tailored accordingly. In mild fevers, where there is a light disturbance in the body and the channels are slightly affected, the fever is considered to have a matured Dosha, and appropriate medicine should be given for it.

तीव्र ज्वर में जब शरीर बुरी तरह प्रभावित होता है और नाड़ियों में रुकावट होती है, तो उसे संतुलित दोष के कारण होने वाला परिपक्व ज्वर माना जाता है। ऐसे मामलों में, उपचार उसी के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए। हल्के ज्वर में, जहाँ शरीर में हल्की गड़बड़ी होती है और नाड़ियाँ थोड़ी प्रभावित होती हैं, उस ज्वर को परिपक्व दोष माना जाता है, और उसके लिए उचित दवा दी जानी चाहिए।
