लङ्घनाम्बुयवागूभिर्यदा दोषो न पच्यते । तदा तं मुखवैरस्यतृष्णारोचकनाशनैः ॥१११॥
When the doshas are not digested due to fasting, the remedies that alleviate the bitterness in the mouth, thirst, and nausea should be used to counteract these effects.

जब उपवास के कारण दोष पच नहीं पाते, तो इन प्रभावों का प्रतिकार करने के लिए मुंह की कड़वाहट, प्यास और मतली को कम करने वाले उपचारों का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptकषायैः पाचनैर्हृद्यैर्ज्वरघ्नैः समुपाचरेत् । पञ्चमूलीकषायं तु पाचनं पवनज्वरे ॥११२॥
One should treat with decoctions that are soothing to the heart and are fever-reducing, such as the decoction of the five roots, which is effective in digesting and alleviating wind-induced fever.

व्यक्ति को ऐसे काढ़े से उपचार करना चाहिए जो हृदय को शांति प्रदान करते हैं तथा ज्वर को कम करते हैं, जैसे पांच मूलों का काढ़ा, जो पाचन में तथा वायुजनित ज्वर को कम करने में प्रभावी है।

The decoction made with sugar and ingredients such as mustard, pungent, and bitter substances, along with the addition of Pippali (long pepper) and others, is useful for the digestion and elimination of the Dosha associated with Kapha.

In cases where the two Doshas are combined, the treatment should be given, but if there is indigestion, weakness, or excessive thirst after consuming lukewarm water, the treatment should be avoided.

ऐसे मामलों में जहां दोनों दोष संयुक्त हों, उपचार दिया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन यदि गुनगुना पानी पीने के बाद अपच, कमजोरी या अत्यधिक प्यास हो, तो उपचार से बचना चाहिए।

In acute fevers, when the body is severely affected and there is obstruction in the channels, it is considered a mature fever, caused by a balanced Dosha. In such cases, treatment should be tailored accordingly. In mild fevers, where there is a light disturbance in the body and the channels are slightly affected, the fever is considered to have a matured Dosha, and appropriate medicine should be given for it.

तीव्र ज्वर में जब शरीर बुरी तरह प्रभावित होता है और नाड़ियों में रुकावट होती है, तो उसे संतुलित दोष के कारण होने वाला परिपक्व ज्वर माना जाता है। ऐसे मामलों में, उपचार उसी के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए। हल्के ज्वर में, जहाँ शरीर में हल्की गड़बड़ी होती है और नाड़ियाँ थोड़ी प्रभावित होती हैं, उस ज्वर को परिपक्व दोष माना जाता है, और उसके लिए उचित दवा दी जानी चाहिए।
