गृध्रोलूकपुरीषाणि केशा हस्तिनखा घृतम् । वृषभस्य च रोमाणि योज्यान्युद्धूपनेऽपि च ॥६॥
The dung of an owl and a vulture, human hairs, the nails of an elephant, clarified butter, and the hairs of a bull should be mixed together and used for fumigating the body.

उल्लू और गिद्ध का गोबर, मनुष्य के बाल, हाथी के नाखून, घी और बैल के बाल को एक साथ मिलाकर शरीर पर धुंआ लगाना चाहिए।

Ananta, Kukkuti, Bimbi, and Markati should be strung together and fastened. Both cooked and uncooked meats, fresh blood, and milk should be offered.

The physician should offer food and other offerings to the spirit in the pit (prepared for the purpose) for the Skandapasmara affliction. The child should be bathed at the crossroads with the physician observing the necessary fast and rituals.

स्कंदपास्मर रोग के लिए चिकित्सक को गड्ढे में (इस उद्देश्य के लिए तैयार) भोजन और अन्य प्रसाद चढ़ाना चाहिए। बच्चे को चौराहे पर स्नान कराना चाहिए और चिकित्सक को आवश्यक व्रत और अनुष्ठान करना चाहिए।
