शिरोभितापे त्रितयप्रवृत्ते सर्वाणि लिङ्गानि समुद्भवन्ति | रक्तात्मकः पित्तसमानलिङ्गः स्पर्शासहत्वं शिरसो भवेच्च ||८||

In the case of headache caused by the combined action of the three doshas, all symptoms arise. The symptoms similar to those of Pitta, such as heat and irritation, are present, and the head becomes sensitive to touch. This type of headache is marked by a burning sensation, which is indicative of the vitiated Pitta dosha.

तीनों दोषों की संयुक्त क्रिया के कारण होने वाले सिरदर्द के मामले में सभी लक्षण उत्पन्न होते हैं। पित्त के समान लक्षण, जैसे गर्मी और जलन, मौजूद होते हैं, और सिर छूने पर संवेदनशील हो जाता है। इस प्रकार के सिरदर्द में जलन की अनुभूति होती है, जो पित्त दोष के खराब होने का संकेत है।
