घ्राणाच्च गच्छेत्सलिलं सरक्तं शिरोभितापः कृमिभिः स घोरः | सूर्योदयं या प्रति मन्दमन्दमक्षिभ्रुवं रुक् समुपैति गाढम् ||११||

The severe headache, caused by parasites, leads to a discharge of watery and bloody fluid from the nose. It becomes intense, with a persistent pain in the eye and eyebrow that gradually worsens, culminating in a deep, debilitating pain that reaches its peak at sunrise.
