सर्वगन्धसितानन्तामधुकं चन्दनं तथा । आवाप्य विपयेद्भूयो दशक्षीरं तु तद्घृतम् ॥४०॥
All the fragrant substances like Satānanta, Madhuka, and Chandan (sandalwood), should be mixed and boiled with ten parts of milk to produce a clarified butter (ghee). This ghee should be carefully prepared and used as part of the treatment.

सतानंत, मधुक, चंदन आदि सभी सुगन्धित पदार्थों को दस भाग दूध में मिलाकर उबालकर घी बनाना चाहिए। इस घी को सावधानी से तैयार करके उपचार के रूप में प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
