In this treatment, a mixture of flowers and water, along with herbs that relieve the vitiated vāta (air element), should be used. Additionally, when milk remains after boiling (especially in colder seasons), ghee should be carefully prepared from it. This ghee, which is produced with great care, is beneficial in treating conditions like Pratishyaya (nasal congestion) and is useful for various ailments.
