तर्पणोक्तं दशगुणं यथादोषं विधानवित् । व्यक्तरूपेषु दोषेषु शुद्धकायस्य केवले ॥५१॥
The practitioner, being skilled in the knowledge of doshas, should apply the prescribed treatment ten times the usual dose, based on the specific dosha involved, for a person with a purified body.

दोषों के ज्ञान में कुशल होने के कारण चिकित्सक को, शुद्ध शरीर वाले व्यक्ति के लिए, संबंधित विशिष्ट दोष के आधार पर, सामान्य खुराक से दस गुना अधिक मात्रा में उपचार लागू करना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptनेत्र एव स्थिते दोषे प्राप्तमञ्जनमाचरेत् । लेखनं रोपणं चापि प्रसादनमथापि वा ॥५२॥
When the dosha is located in the eye, one should apply the prescribed anjana. Additionally, treatments such as lekhana (scraping), ropana (healing), or prasādana (soothing) may also be performed.
