स्नेहाद्यैरुपपन्नस्य व्यधो भूयो विधीयते) । ततो दृष्टेषु रूपेषु शलाकामाहरेच्छनैः ॥६६॥
For one who is endowed with oils and other remedies, the disease is treated further. Then, the physician should gently bring the needle to the observed symptoms and apply it.

जो व्यक्ति तेल और अन्य औषधियों से संपन्न है, उसके रोग का आगे भी उपचार किया जाता है। फिर, चिकित्सक को चाहिए कि वह सुई को धीरे से देखे गए लक्षणों के स्थान पर ले जाए और लगाए।

One should anoint the eyes with ghee and cover them with a cloth bandage. Afterward, the person should lie down in a place free from disturbance, either lying flat or upright.

आँखों पर घी लगाकर पट्टी बाँध लेनी चाहिए। तत्पश्चात व्यक्ति को किसी शांत स्थान पर सीधा या सीधा लेट जाना चाहिए।

One should not perform the procedure immediately after vomiting, coughing, sneezing, or trembling. The person should first consume soothing substances and then proceed with the treatment.

उल्टी, खांसी, छींक या कांपने के तुरंत बाद प्रक्रिया नहीं करनी चाहिए। व्यक्ति को पहले सुखदायक पदार्थों का सेवन करना चाहिए और फिर उपचार शुरू करना चाहिए।

For three days, one should drink decoctions that pacify the wind, and after three days, one should induce sweating as before, due to fear of the wind's influence.
