स्निग्धस्विन्नस्य तस्याथ काले नात्युष्णशीतले । यन्त्रितस्योपविष्टस्य स्वां नासां पश्यतः समम् ॥५७॥
For one who is oily and sweaty, and whose condition is neither too hot nor too cold, while sitting in a controlled posture and observing, the two nostrils should be looked at equally.

जो व्यक्ति तैलीय और पसीने से तर है, तथा जिसकी स्थिति न अधिक गर्म है, न अधिक ठंडी है, उसे संयमित मुद्रा में बैठकर दोनों नासिका छिद्रों को समान रूप से देखना चाहिए।
