Srimad Bhagavatam
तं नेत्रगोचरं वीक्ष्य सहसोत्थाय सादरम् । ननाम भुवि कायेन दण्डवत्प्रीतिविह्वला ॥ ८-१७-५ ॥
When the Supreme Personality of Godhead became visible to Aditi’s eyes, Aditi was so overwhelmed by transcendental bliss that she at once stood up and then fell to the ground like a rod to offer the Lord her respectful obeisances. ॥ 8-17-5 ॥
english translation
जब अदिति की आँखों से भगवान् दिखने लगे तो दिव्य आनन्द के कारण वे इतनी विभोर हो उठीं कि वह तुरन्त ही उठकर भगवान् को सादर नमस्कार करने के लिए भूमि पर दण्ड के समान गिर गईं। ॥ ८-१७-५ ॥
