येन सम्मोहिता दैत्याः पायिताश्चामृतं सुराः । तद्दिदृक्षव आयाताः परं कौतूहलं हि नः ।। ८-१२-१३ ।।

sanskrit

My Lord, we have come here desiring to see that form of Your Lordship which You showed to the demons to captivate them completely and in this way enable the demigods to drink nectar. I am very eager to see that form. ।। 8-12-13 ।।

english translation

हे भगवान्! हम लोग यहाँ पर आपके उस रूप का दर्शन करने आये हैं जिसे आपने असुरों को पूर्णतया मोहित करने के लिए दिखलाया था और इस प्रकार देवताओं को अमृत पान करने दिया था। मैं उस रूप को देखने के लिए अत्यन्त उत्सुक हूँ। ।। ८-१२-१३ ।।
