तद्देहः परतः पोषोऽप्यकृशश्चाध्यसम्भवात् । बभौ मलैरवच्छन्नः सधूम इव पावकः ॥ ३-३३-२८ ॥
Her body was being taken care of by the spiritual damsels created by her husband, Kardama, and since she had no mental anxiety at that time, her body did not become thin. She appeared just like a fire surrounded by smoke. ॥ 3-33-28 ॥

उसके शरीर की देखभाल उसके पति कर्दम द्वारा उत्पन्न अप्सराओं द्वारा की जा रही थी और चूँकि उस समय उसे किसी प्रकार की मानसकि चिन्ता न थी, अत: उसका शरीर दुर्बल नहीं हुआ। वह धुएँ से घिरी हुई अग्नि के समान प्रतीत हो रही थी। ॥ ३-३३-२८ ॥
