तयोर्निर्भिन्नहृदयस्तर्जनैर्जातवेपथुः । पथि श्वभिर्भक्ष्यमाण आर्तोऽघं स्वमनुस्मरन् ॥ ३-३०-२१ ॥
While carried by the constables of Yamarāja, he is overwhelmed and trembles in their hands. While passing on the road he is bitten by dogs, and he can remember the sinful activities of his life. He is thus terribly distressed. ॥ 3-30-21 ॥
english translation
इस प्रकार यमराज के सिपाहियों द्वारा ले जाये जाते समय उसे दबाया-कुचला जाता है और उनके हाथों में वह काँपता रहता है। रास्ते में जाते समय उसे कुत्ते काटते हैं और उसे अपने जीवन के पापकर्म याद आते हैं। इस प्रकार वह अत्यधिक दुखी रहता है। ॥ ३-३०-२१ ॥
