शयानः परिशोचद्भिः परिवीतः स्वबन्धुभिः । वाच्यमानोऽपि न ब्रूते कालपाशवशं गतः ।। ३-३०-१७ ।।

sanskrit

In this way he comes under the clutches of death and lies down, surrounded by lamenting friends and relatives, and although he wants to speak with them, he no longer can because he is under the control of time.।। 3-30-17 ।।

english translation

इस प्रकार वह मृत्यु के पाश में बँधकर लेट जाता है, विलाप करते उसके मित्र तथा सम्बन्धी उसे घेर लेते हैं और उन सबसे बोलने की इच्छा करते हुए भी वह बोल नहीं पाता, क्योंकि वह काल के वश में रहता है। ।। ३-३०-१७ ।।
