अतस्त्वमृषिमुख्येभ्यो यथाशीलं यथारुचि । आत्मजाः परिदेह्यद्य विस्तृणीहि यशो भुवि ।। ३-२४-१५ ।।

Therefore, today please give away your daughters to the foremost of the sages, with due regard for the girls’ temperaments and likings, and thereby spread your fame all over the universe. ।। 3-24-15 ।।

english translation

अत: आज तुम इन पुत्रियों को उनके स्वभाव तथा उनकी रुचियों के अनुसार श्रेष्ठ मुनियों को प्रदान कर दो और इस प्रकार सारे ब्रह्माण्ड में अपना सुयश फैलाओ। ।। ३-२४-१५ ।।
