तस्मिन् सुधन्वन्नहनि भगवान् यत्समादिशत् । उपायादाश्रमपदं मुनेः शान्तव्रतस्य तत् ॥ ३-२१-३७ ॥

sanskrit

O Vidura, they reached the hermitage of the sage, who had just completed his vows of austerity on the very day foretold by the Lord. ॥ 3-21-37 ॥

english translation

हे विदुर, वे मुनि की कुटी में पहुँचे, जिसने अपनी तपस्या का व्रत भगवान् द्वारा पहले से बताये गये दिन ही समाप्त किया था। ॥ ३-२१-३७ ॥

tasmin sudhanvannahani bhagavAn yatsamAdizat । upAyAdAzramapadaM muneH zAntavratasya tat ॥ 3-21-37 ॥
