मनो मयि सुसंयोज्य देहं तदनुवायुना । मद्धारणानुभावेन तत्रात्मा यत्र वै मनः ।। ११-१५-२१ ।।

sanskrit

The yogī who completely absorbs his mind in Me, and who then makes use of the wind that follows the mind to absorb the material body in Me, obtains through the potency of meditation on Me the mystic perfection by which his body immediately follows his mind wherever it goes. ।। 11-15-21 ।।

english translation

जो योगी अपने मन को पूरी तरह से मुझमें लीन कर देता है, और जो फिर अपने भौतिक शरीर को मुझमें लीन करने के लिए मन के पीछे चलने वाली वायु का उपयोग करता है, मुझ पर ध्यान की शक्ति के माध्यम से रहस्यमय पूर्णता प्राप्त करता है जिसके द्वारा उसका शरीर तुरंत उसके मन का अनुसरण करता है जहाँ भी यह चलता है। ।। ११-१५-२१ ।।

यदा मन उपादाय यद्यद्रूपं बुभूषति । तत्तद्भवेन्मनोरूपं मद्योगबलमाश्रयः ।। ११-१५-२२ ।।

sanskrit

When the yogī, applying his mind in a certain way, desires to assume a particular form, that very form immediately appears. Such perfection is possible by absorbing the mind in the shelter of My inconceivable mystic potency, by which I assume innumerable forms. ।। 11-15-22 ।।

english translation

जब योगी अपने मन को एक निश्चित तरीके से लागू करके एक विशेष रूप धारण करने की इच्छा करता है, तो वही रूप तुरंत प्रकट हो जाता है। ऐसी पूर्णता मन को मेरी अकल्पनीय रहस्यमय शक्ति की शरण में लीन करने से संभव है, जिसके द्वारा मैं असंख्य रूप धारण करता हूँ। ।। ११-१५-२२ ।।

परकायं विशन् सिद्ध आत्मानं तत्र भावयेत् । पिण्डं हित्वा विशेत्प्राणो वायुभूतः षडङ्घ्रिवत् ।। ११-१५-२३ ।।

When a perfect yogī desires to enter another’s body, he should meditate upon himself within the other body, and then, giving up his own gross body, he should enter the other’s body through the pathways of air, as easily as a bee leaves one flower and flies into another. ।। 11-15-23 ।।

जब एक पूर्ण योगी दूसरे के शरीर में प्रवेश करना चाहता है, तो उसे दूसरे शरीर के भीतर स्वयं का ध्यान करना चाहिए और फिर, अपने स्थूल शरीर को त्यागकर, वायु के रास्ते से दूसरे के शरीर में प्रवेश करना चाहिए, जैसे मधुमक्खी एक फूल को छोड़ देती है और दूसरे में उड़ जाता है। ।। ११-१५-२३ ।।

पार्ष्ण्याऽऽपीड्य गुदं प्राणं हृदुरःकण्ठमूर्धसु । आरोप्य ब्रह्मरन्ध्रेण ब्रह्म नीत्वोत्सृजेत्तनुम् ।। ११-१५-२४ ।।

The yogī who has achieved the mystic perfection called svacchanda-mṛtyu blocks the anus with the heel of the foot and then lifts the soul from the heart to the chest, to the neck and finally to the head. Situated within the brahma-randhra, the yogī then gives up his material body and guides the spirit soul to the selected destination. ।। 11-15-24 ।।

english translation

योगी जिसने स्वच्छंद-मृत्यु नामक रहस्यमय पूर्णता प्राप्त कर ली है, वह पैर की एड़ी से गुदा को अवरुद्ध कर देता है और फिर आत्मा को हृदय से छाती तक, गर्दन तक और अंत में सिर तक उठा लेता है। ब्रह्म-रंध्र के भीतर स्थित, योगी तब अपने भौतिक शरीर को त्याग देता है और आत्मा को चयनित गंतव्य तक ले जाता है। ।। ११-१५-२४ ।।

The yogī who desires to enjoy in the pleasure gardens of the demigods should meditate on the purified mode of goodness, which is situated within Me, and then the heavenly women, generated from the mode of goodness, will approach him in airplanes. ।। 11-15-25 ।।

english translation

जो योगी देवताओं के सुख उद्यानों में आनंद लेना चाहता है, उसे मेरे भीतर स्थित शुद्ध सतोगुण का ध्यान करना चाहिए, और तब सतोगुण से उत्पन्न स्वर्गीय स्त्रियाँ विमानों में उसके पास आएंगी। ।। ११-१५-२५ ।।
