यत्र येन यतो यस्य यस्मै यद्यद्यथा यदा । स्यादिदं भगवान् साक्षात्प्रधानपुरुषेश्वरः ।। १०-८५-४ ।।

sanskrit

You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who manifest as the Lord of both nature and the creator of nature [Mahā-Viṣṇu]. Everything that comes into existence, however and whenever it does so, is created within You, by You, from You, for You and in relation to You. ।। 10-85-4 ।।

english translation

आप भगवान के सर्वोच्च व्यक्तित्व हैं, जो प्रकृति के भगवान और प्रकृति के निर्माता [महा-विष्णु] दोनों के रूप में प्रकट होते हैं। जो कुछ भी अस्तित्व में आता है, चाहे जब भी और जैसे भी, वह आपके भीतर, आपके द्वारा, आपसे, आपके लिए और आपके संबंध में निर्मित होता है। ।। १०-८५-४ ।।
