ज्योतिषामयनं साक्षाद्यत्तज्ज्ञानमतीन्द्रियम् । प्रणीतं भवता येन पुमान् वेद परावरम् ।। १०-८-५ ।।

sanskrit

O great saintly person, you have compiled the astrological knowledge by which one can understand past and present unseen things. By the strength of this knowledge, any human being can understand what he has done in his past life and how it affects his present life. This is known to you. ।। 10-8-5 ।।

english translation

हे सन्त पुरुष, आपने ज्योतिष ज्ञान को संकलित किया है, जिससे कोई भी मनुष्य अदृश्य भूत और वर्तमान बातों को समझ सकता है। इस ज्ञान के बल पर कोई भी मनुष्य यह समझ सकता है कि पिछले जीवन में उसने क्या किया और वर्तमान जीवन पर उसका कैसा प्रभाव पड़ेगा। आप इसे जानते हैं। ।। १०-८-५ ।।
