तेऽतिप्रीतास्तमाकर्ण्य प्राप्तं रामं सुहृत्तमम् । तमर्चयित्वाभिययुः सर्वे मङ्गलपाणयः ॥ १०-६८-१८ ॥
Overjoyed to hear that Balarāma, their dearmost friend, had come, they first honored Uddhava and then went forth to meet the Lord, carrying auspicious offerings in their hands. ॥ 10-68-18 ॥

यह सुनकर बहुत खुशी हुई कि उनके सबसे प्रिय मित्र बलराम आए हैं, उन्होंने पहले उद्धव का सम्मान किया और फिर हाथों में मंगल प्रसाद लेकर भगवान से मिलने के लिए आगे बढ़े। ॥ १०-६८-१८ ॥
