स याचितः सुरगणैरिन्द्राद्यैरात्मरक्षणे । असुरेभ्यः परित्रस्तैस्तद्रक्षां सोऽकरोच्चिरम् ॥ १०-५१-१५ ॥
Begged by Indra and the other demigods to help protect them when they were terrorized by the demons, Mucukunda defended them for a long time. ॥ 10-51-15 ॥
english translation
जब राक्षसों द्वारा आतंकित किया गया तो मुकुकुंद ने इंद्र और अन्य देवताओं से उनकी रक्षा के लिए मदद मांगी, मुकुकुंद ने लंबे समय तक उनकी रक्षा की। ॥ १०-५१-१५ ॥
