भगवत्युदिते सूर्ये नन्दद्वारि व्रजौकसः । दृष्ट्वा रथं शातकौम्भं कस्यायमिति चाब्रुवन् ॥ १०-४६-४७ ॥

When the godly sun had risen, the people of Vraja noticed the golden chariot in front of Nanda Mahārāja’s doorway. “Who does this belong to?” they asked. ॥ 10-46-47 ॥

english translation

जब सूर्यदेव उदित हो चुके तो व्रजवासियों ने नन्द महाराज के दरवाजे के सामने एक सुनहरा रथ देखा। (अत:) उन्होंने पूछा, “यह किसका रथ है?” ॥ १०-४६-४७ ॥
