वने सञ्चारयन् वत्सान् सरामो बालकैर्वृतः । हन्तुकामं बकं दोर्भ्यां मुखतोऽरिमपाटयत् ॥ १०-२६-८ ॥

Another time, when Kṛṣṇa was tending the calves in the forest together with Balarāma and the cowherd boys, the demon Bakāsura came with the intention of killing Kṛṣṇa. But Kṛṣṇa seized this inimical demon by the mouth and tore him apart. ॥ 10-26-8 ॥

english translation

अन्य समय जब वे बलराम तथा ग्वालबालों के साथ वन में गौवें चरा रहे थे तो राक्षस बकासुर उनको मार डालने की मंशा से वहाँ आया। किन्तु कृष्ण ने इस शत्रु राक्षस का मुँह (चोंच) पकड़ लिया और उसको चीर डाला। ॥ १०-२६-८ ॥
