Having presented this account, O eminent ruler, we humbly seek your wise decree on the path that should unfold henceforth.' ॥ 1-46-32 ॥

That man, a Brahmana's menial, having come to us, represented fully everything as it happened between Takshaka and the Brahmana.' ॥ 1-46-31 ॥

And, O king, that man was reduced to ashes along with the tree itself.' ॥ 1-46-30 ॥

Thus all material desires within the heart are destroyed. ॥ 11-20-29 ॥
