असंपातं करिष्यन्ति पतन्तः कङ्कवाससः । राक्षसेन्द्रमहासर्पान् स रामगरुडो महान् ॥ ५-२१-२७
- the shafts bound with feathers of Kanka birds (released by Rama and Lakshmana). They will not give a chance for any other weapon to fall. The great serpents in the form of demon chiefs, by that Garuda called Rama . - ॥ 5-21-27॥

asaMpAtaM kariSyanti patantaH kaGkavAsasaH । rAkSasendramahAsarpAn sa rAmagaruDo mahAn ॥ 5-21-27
