राम दाशरथे वीर वीर्यं ते श्रूयतेऽद्भुतम् | धनुषो भेदनं चैव निखिलेन मया श्रुतम् || १-७५-१

'Oh ! valiant Rama of Dasharatha, your valour is bruited as a sensational valour and sensational is your smashing of Shiva's bow, also thus I have thoroughly heard about your others deeds. [1-75-1]

rAma dAzarathe vIra vIryaM te zrUyate'dbhutam | dhanuSo bhedanaM caiva nikhilena mayA zrutam || 1-75-1
