तथा शुचीन् शास्त्रविदः पुरुषान्सुबहुश्रुतान् | यज्ञकर्म समीहन्तां भवन्तो राजशासनात् || १-१३-८

Thus flawless scholars in scriptures and those men who are well read in Veda-s, are called and he addressed them saying, "Performance of the ritual be organised by the order of the king. [1-13-8]

english translation

tathA zucIn zAstravidaH puruSAnsubahuzrutAn | yajJakarma samIhantAM bhavanto rAjazAsanAt || 1-13-8
