निर्वीर्य इति मन्यन्ते नूनं मां त्रिदशेश्वराः । मां प्राप्य हि गुणो दोषस्संवृत्तः पश्य लक्ष्मण ॥ ३-६४-५६
- this way the gods will certainly consider me but at the same time a weak man. Oh ! Lakshmana, see even demerits turn into merits when they come in contact with me. [3-64-56]
