पश्यन्निव च तां सीतामपश्यन्मदनार्दितः | उवाच राघवो वाक्यं विलापाश्रयदुर्वचम् || ३-६२-२

Under the spell of Cupid, Rama uttered such words in grief which are otherwise unutterable. As if he was seeing Sita (before him) which was not a fact. [3-62-2]
