सा वै महानसे पराप्य भीमसेनं शुचिस्मिता सर्वश्वेतेव माहेयी वने जाता तरिहायनी उपातिष्ठत पाञ्चाली वाशितेव महागजम ।। ४-१६-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Then the chamber where Bhima lay asleep—his breath resounding like that of a lion—was suddenly illumined by the radiant presence of Drupada’s daughter and that high-souled son of Pandu. Krishna of sweet smiles, finding Bhimasena resting within the kitchen quarters, approached him eagerly—like a young forest-bred cow in her first season rushing to a mighty bull, or like a she-crane drawn to her mate by the waterside in spring.' ।। 4-16-6 ।।

english translation

sA vai mahAnase parApya bhImasenaM zucismitA sarvazveteva mAheyI vane jAtA tarihAyanI upAtiSThata pAJcAlI vAziteva mahAgajama || 4-16-6 ||
