स्तन्योदकाभ्यां कर्तव्यं शुष्कपाके तदञ्जनम् । पूजितं सर्पिषश्चात्र पानमक्ष्णोश्च तर्पणम् ॥२१॥

For the treatment of Shushkakshi-paka (non-secreting type of conjunctivitis), the application of an Anjana (eye-salve) made from breast milk and water is recommended. Additionally, the patient should be given clarified butter for drinking and undergo Tarpana (nourishing treatment) for the eyes.

शुष्काक्षी-पाक (नेत्रश्लेष्मलाशोथ का गैर-स्रावी प्रकार) के उपचार के लिए, स्तन के दूध और पानी से बना अंजना (आंखों के लिए मरहम) लगाने की सलाह दी जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त, रोगी को पीने के लिए घी दिया जाना चाहिए और आँखों के लिए तर्पण (पौष्टिक उपचार) करवाना चाहिए।
