स्पष्टगूढार्थविज्ञानमगाढमन्दचेतसाम् । यथाविधि यथाप्रश्नं भवतां परिकीर्तितम् ॥१६॥

स्पष्ट एवं गूढ़ अर्थों का ज्ञान, गहन एवं तीव्र बुद्धि वालों के लिए सुलभ, निर्धारित विधि के अनुसार तथा आपके द्वारा पूछे गए प्रश्नों के अनुसार विधिपूर्वक समझाया गया है।

सहोत्तरं त्वेतदधीत्य सर्वं ब्राह्मं विधानेन यथोदितेन । न हीयतेऽर्थान्मनसोऽभ्युपेतादेतद्वचो ब्राह्ममतीव सत्यम् ॥१७॥
By studying this Uttara-Tantra in its entirety, following the prescribed Brahmanical method as outlined, one does not lose the objects of their mind's desire; this word of Brahma is truly very much the truth.

इस उत्तर-तन्त्र का सम्पूर्ण अध्ययन करके, बताए गए ब्राह्मण-विधि का पालन करके, मनुष्य अपने मन की इच्छा के विषयों को नहीं खोता; ब्रह्मा का यह वचन सचमुच सत्य है।
