When medicine or food is consumed without proper strength or nourishment, it will undoubtedly harm the body and lead to illness. Similarly, when children, the elderly, women, or the weak consume this without proper nourishment, they quickly experience severe weakness and exhaustion, eventually leading to a depletion of their strength.

Quickly, the food or medicine reaches its final transformation (effect) and does not harm when taken without covering, nor does it cause frequent mouth dryness. It should be given to the elderly, children, and those with lean bodies after the previous intake of food or medicine.

जल्दी ही भोजन या दवा अपने अंतिम रूपान्तरण (प्रभाव) में पहुँच जाती है और बिना ढके लेने पर नुकसान नहीं पहुँचाती, न ही बार-बार मुँह सूखने का कारण बनती है। इसे भोजन या दवा के पिछले सेवन के बाद बुजुर्गों, बच्चों और दुबले शरीर वाले लोगों को देना चाहिए।
