When medicine or food is consumed without proper strength or nourishment, it will undoubtedly harm the body and lead to illness. Similarly, when children, the elderly, women, or the weak consume this without proper nourishment, they quickly experience severe weakness and exhaustion, eventually leading to a depletion of their strength.
