प्रक्लिन्नत्वाच्छरीराणां वर्षासु भिषजा खलु । मन्देऽग्नौ कोपमायान्ति सर्वेषां मारुतादयः ॥६॥
During the rainy season, due to the dampness of the body and a weakened digestive fire, all the Doshas, starting with Vata, become aggravated, as observed by the physician.

The food given to a king should neither be overly unctuous nor excessively dry; it should be warm and appetizing. The water prescribed should be as mentioned earlier.

One should drink water that has been heated and then cooled, mixed with honey, during the day when the sky is overcast with clouds, the air is humid, and the surroundings are filled with excessively cold water.

दिन के समय जब आकाश बादलों से घिरा हो, हवा में नमी हो, तथा चारों ओर अत्यधिक ठण्डा पानी भरा हो, तो गर्म करके ठण्डा किया हुआ पानी शहद के साथ मिलाकर पीना चाहिए।
