अपस्मारं ग्रहं शोषं क्लैब्यं कार्श्यमबीजताम् । घृतमेतन्निहन्त्याशु ये चादौ गदिता गदाः ॥२६॥
This clarified butter quickly destroys conditions such as epilepsy, possession (by spirits), emaciation, impotence, and loss of vitality. It also alleviates the symptoms of giddiness and confusion, especially when used at the start of the condition.

यह घी मिर्गी, भूत-प्रेत का साया, दुर्बलता, नपुंसकता और जीवन शक्ति की कमी जैसी बीमारियों को जल्दी से खत्म कर देता है। यह चक्कर और भ्रम के लक्षणों को भी कम करता है, खासकर जब इसका इस्तेमाल बीमारी की शुरुआत में किया जाता है।

It is prepared with the best Kushta, Manjistha, bitter-tasting herbs, and with the addition of Tagara, Triphala, Hing, Vaji (horse gram), Gandha-mada, and Amara tree.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptवचाऽजमोदाकाकोलीमेदामधुकपद्मकैः । सशर्करं हितं सर्पिः पक्वं क्षीरचतुर्गुणम् ॥२८॥
It is prepared with Vaca, Ajmoda, Akakoli, Meda, Madhuka, and Padmaka, along with sugar and clarified butter, and is mixed with milk that is four times as much in quantity. This preparation is considered beneficial.

The fruit-based clarified butter is known to be beneficial for children afflicted by planetary influences, for men suffering from evil spirits, and for women who are barren, as it quickly promotes conception.
