सर्वात्मके पवनपित्तकफा यथास्वं संहर्षिता इव च लिङ्गमुदीरयन्ति ||११||

The symptoms of insanity manifest in individuals who are influenced by the disturbance of all three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—each showing their respective signs. These signs appear as if the person is overwhelmed or excited by the specific imbalance of these doshas.

पागलपन के लक्षण उन व्यक्तियों में प्रकट होते हैं जो तीनों दोषों - वात, पित्त और कफ - की गड़बड़ी से प्रभावित होते हैं - प्रत्येक अपने-अपने लक्षण दिखाता है। ये लक्षण ऐसे दिखाई देते हैं जैसे व्यक्ति इन दोषों के विशिष्ट असंतुलन से अभिभूत या उत्तेजित हो गया हो।
