मोहात् सिरोत्पात उपेक्षितस्तु जायेत रोगस्तु सिराप्रहर्षः । ताम्राच्छमस्रं स्रवति प्रगाढं तथा न शक्नोत्यभिवीक्षितुं च ॥३०॥
Due to ignorance, when Sirotpata (disturbance in the head region) is neglected, a disease known as Sirapraharsa (tension or stress in the head region) arises. The eye secretes thick, reddish, and profuse discharge, and the patient is unable to bear the sight.

अज्ञानता के कारण जब सिरोत्पता (सिर के क्षेत्र में गड़बड़ी) की उपेक्षा की जाती है, तो सिरप्रहारस (सिर के क्षेत्र में तनाव या दबाव) नामक रोग उत्पन्न होता है। आँख से गाढ़ा, लाल और अधिक स्राव निकलता है, और रोगी को दिखाई देना बंद हो जाता है।
