अम्लेन भुक्तेन विदाहिना च सञ्छाद्यते सर्वत एव नेत्रम् । शोफान्वितं लोहितकैः सनीलैरेतादृगम्लाध्युषितं वदन्ति ॥२८॥
When the eye is covered by an acidic (and irritant) substance, having been consumed, and becomes swollen with red and bluish discoloration, it is called Amladhyushita.
