अथातो मूत्रकृच्छ्रप्रतिषेधमध्यायं व्याख्यास्यामः ॥१॥
Now we shall discourse on the chapter which deals with the (symptoms and) medical treatment of the defects of urine.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptवातेन पित्तेन कफेन सर्वैस्तथाऽभिघातैः शकृदश्मरीभ्याम् । तथाऽपरः शर्करया सुकष्टो मूत्रोपघातः कथितोऽष्टमस्तु ॥३॥
When affected by Vata, Pitta, Kapha, and all types of injuries, as well as by the presence of stones, the condition caused by the obstruction of urine is described as extremely painful. This is referred to as the eighth condition.

वात, पित्त, कफ, सभी प्रकार के आघातों से प्रभावित होने पर, साथ ही पथरी होने पर, मूत्र मार्ग में रुकावट के कारण होने वाली स्थिति अत्यंत पीड़ादायक बताई गई है। इसे आठवीं स्थिति कहा जाता है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptअल्पमल्पं समुत्पीड्य मुष्कमेहनबस्तिभिः । फलद्भिरिव कृच्छ्रेण वाताघातेन मेहति ॥४॥
When a small amount of urine is repeatedly squeezed out with force, similar to the painful difficulty of passing urine due to the obstruction caused by Vata, it leads to difficulty in urination, akin to the pain of passing urine with stones.

जब मूत्र की थोड़ी मात्रा को बार-बार बलपूर्वक बाहर निकाला जाता है, तो वात के कारण उत्पन्न अवरोध के कारण मूत्र त्याग करने में होने वाली पीड़ा के समान, मूत्र त्याग में कठिनाई उत्पन्न होती है, जो पथरी के साथ मूत्र त्याग करने में होने वाली पीड़ा के समान होती है।

alpamalpaM samutpIDya muSkamehanabastibhiH । phaladbhiriva kRcchreNa vAtAghAtena mehati ॥4॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहारिद्रमुष्णं रक्तं वा मुष्कमेहनबस्तिभिः । अग्निना दह्यामानाभैः पित्तघातेन मेहति ॥५॥
When the urine is hot, yellow, or red, and is obstructed by the force of Vata, it indicates that the person is suffering from the burning sensation caused by the excessive action of Pitta, leading to difficulty in urination due to the Pitta imbalance.

जब मूत्र गर्म, पीला या लाल होता है, और वात बल के कारण अवरुद्ध होता है, तो यह संकेत करता है कि व्यक्ति पित्त की अत्यधिक क्रिया के कारण जलन से पीड़ित है, जिससे पित्त असंतुलन के कारण पेशाब करने में कठिनाई होती है।
