द्राक्षा विशाला पिप्पल्यस्तथा चित्रफला भवेत् । तथैव मधुकं पथ्यां दद्यादामलकानि च ॥६६॥
Large grapes, long pepper, and fruits of the Chitra tree are beneficial. Similarly, licorice (Madhuka) and amalaki (Indian gooseberry) are also recommended for their therapeutic properties.

Prepare a ghee-based mixture using these pastes, which should be combined with ingredients that are proportionate. Then, prepare it in a milk pot or a water pot. After the mixture is properly prepared, it should be taken down and used.

Mix the cooled and strained mixture along with sugar, and then combine it with all the ingredients such as the milk and clarified butter. The wise person should blend everything thoroughly.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptततो मितं पिबेत्काले यथादोषं यथाबलम् । वातरेताः श्लेष्मरेताः पित्तरेतास्तु यो भवेत् ॥६९॥
Then, at the appropriate time, the person should drink the mixture in moderation, according to the dosha imbalance and their strength. One who has an excess of wind, phlegm, or bile dosha should follow this accordingly.

फिर, उचित समय पर, व्यक्ति को दोष असंतुलन और उनकी ताकत के अनुसार मिश्रण को संयमित मात्रा में पीना चाहिए। जिन लोगों में वायु, कफ या पित्त दोष की अधिकता है, उन्हें तदनुसार इसका पालन करना चाहिए।

One with an excess of blood or seminal fluid, or those who are weakened by disease, should drink this remedy. It is life-giving, aphrodisiac, and invigorating, providing strength to the body.

रक्त या वीर्य की अधिकता वाले या रोग से दुर्बल हो चुके लोगों को यह औषधि पीनी चाहिए। यह प्राणदायक, कामोद्दीपक, स्फूर्तिदायक तथा शरीर को शक्ति प्रदान करने वाली है।
