यत्रस्थमामं विरुजेत्तमेव देशं विशेषेण विकारजातैः | दोषेण येनावततं स्वलिङ्गैस्तं लक्षयेदामसमुद्भवैश्च ||१०||

The place where the undigested food (Ama) remains and causes distress due to the aggravation of Doshas should be identified, as it gives rise to specific symptoms. These symptoms are distinguished based on the nature of the Dosha and the location where the Ama is trapped, leading to the manifestation of particular disorders.

वह स्थान जहाँ अपचित भोजन (अमा) रहता है और दोषों के बढ़ने के कारण परेशानी पैदा करता है, उसे पहचानना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह विशिष्ट लक्षणों को जन्म देता है। इन लक्षणों को दोष की प्रकृति और उस स्थान के आधार पर पहचाना जाता है जहाँ अमा फँसा हुआ है, जिससे विशेष विकार प्रकट होते हैं।
