शृङ्गीवचाम्भोधरदेवदारुदुरालभाभार्ग्यभयाशटीभिः । सम्यग्विपक्वं द्विगुणेन सर्पिर्निदिग्धिकायाः स्वरसेन चैतत् ॥३१॥

Clarified butter (Ghee), properly prepared with Shringavacā (Shringi), Ambo-Dara, Devadāru, Durālabha, Bhārgyā, Bhayāśaṭī, and other ingredients, when cooked to perfection and doubled in quantity, mixed with the juice of the Nigdhika plant, becomes highly effective in curing diseases.

By using five types of Kasa (cough), including those caused by disturbed digestive fire, altered voice, and others, the diseases can be eliminated. These include Vidārī (Indian yam), Gandhottpala (fragrant lotus), Sārivā (Sarasvatī), and the water decoction of the group of medicines, which is sweet and complete.

रक्ताहरिद्राञ्जनवह्निपाठामूर्वोपकुल्या विलिहेत् समांशाः । क्षौद्रेण कासे क्षतजे क्षयोत्थे पिबेद्घृतं चेक्षुरसे विपक्वम् ॥३५॥

One should lick equal portions of Rakta-Haridrā, Aṅjana, and Agni-Pāṭha along with Uruvaka leaves. For Kasa caused by injury or wasting, one should drink clarified butter mixed with sugarcane juice, which is matured.

रक्तहरिद्रा, अंजना और अग्निपाठ को बराबर मात्रा में लेकर उरुवाक के पत्तों के साथ चाटना चाहिए। चोट लगने या दुर्बलता के कारण होने वाले कास के लिए पके हुए गन्ने के रस में घी मिलाकर पीना चाहिए।
