फलाम्ला विष्किररसाः स्निग्धाः प्रव्यक्तसैन्धवाः । एणादीनां शिरोभिर्वा कौलत्था वा सुसंस्कृताः ॥३१॥
Fruits that are sour, of the Vishkira variety, oily, and mixed with fine salt, along with the heads of animals like Ena, or the Kulattha, when properly prepared, are beneficial.

खट्टे फल, विष्किरा किस्म के, तैलीय, बारीक नमक के साथ मिश्रित फल, तथा एना या कुलत्थ जैसे जानवरों के सिर, जब ठीक से तैयार किए जाते हैं, तो लाभकारी होते हैं।
